Hi my name is Lara Champion. Im a babysitter, nanny, childcare provider & anything else you may call it. I own my own small cleaning and organizing business and work in clients home part time as needed etc. I’m seeking a part time possibly routine or even occasional as needed child care position that desires my skill set and years of experience, while being flexible & having friendship type casual relationship with me. I’ve got over 30 yrs of experience. Im a mother too 5, ages 29,27,24,22, and my youngest is Zachary. He is 12yrs old & has high functioning autism. Once diagnosed, I stopped working fulltime as a Registered Nurse& started a small primarily residential cleaning and organization business specializing in deep cleans , special events, routine cleaning, and organizing so I could supplement my income & afford my sons needed therapy. I continue to do that today and Read more make my own schedule based on what clients I’m doing for the week. I’m very flexible and must also be have whatever position I’m considering to be flexible and willing to work with the demands I have in my personal life and professionally. I would want to take children to park or go to store if needed etc , or if it’s just a “taxi service “ type job needed I do that too. I also have 4 grandkids 4& under I care for as needed occasionally and ideally would provide childcare to a family who is laid back casual & comfortable with us going here or there etc at certain times as needed. So to summarize I go by Gigi now to the grands mom from the rest & Lara to the few adults I ever speak to lol. I’m just experienced caring loving laid back easy going care giver who priority is to continue on this journey with raising an autistic child and earn income doing what I love which is caring for children , running my cleaning and organizing business, and just generally enjoying life and family everyday! I’m flexible and don’t really have any specific days or times not available but my schedule changes week to week. Currently my husband works every other weekend 12hr shifts so I may consider providing care Friday’s after 6 through Sunday 7pm bi weekly only. Typically my business hours are 10-6 on the days I have a client to clean for etc. but these hours are completely flexible and set by me.
