I am McKensie MacGrath, and I am twenty years old. I am a sophomore at the University of Alabama. I major in Psychology and minor in neuroscience. I hope to be a neuropsychologist one day. For the summer of 2017, I worked as a Daycare Assistant at the MWR Child Developmental Center, which is a daycare for military children. I worked in a classroom of children that were 3-5 years old. I implemented morning activities (pledge of allegiance, weather, morning stretches, breakfast), created afternoon projects (painting, games), and put them down for naps. The summer of 2018, I worked as a Summer Camp Counselor for children from 5-15 years old. This involved playing with the children, helping with snacks, and watching them during pool and outside time. I am certified by the AHA in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
