I have worked in childcare as a babysitter, nursery attendant, camp counselor in different roles for over 15 years. I am very passionate about youth development. I became the Program Coordinator in 2013 at Camp Fletcher in Mccalla, Alabama after working as a counselor, lifeguard and director of Summer programs for five years. I currently hold this position now, but am looking at other opportunities to gain knowledge and additional experience in childcare. I have experience with overnight care as well as travel trips and adventure programming. I enjoy reading and providing new, fun and engaging opportunities for the kids I care for. I pride myself on providing good moral character, integrity and a safe and nurturing environment.
