I am former a student-athlete and Auburn University Alum. I have a Bachelors degree in Fitness, Conditioning, and Performance, under the College of Education and I have my Masters degree in Physical Activity and Health, focus in Fitness, Conditioning, and Performance. I love learning about the human body and how it works with exercise and all the different aspects of exercise from supplements, weight training, and more. I have been a waitress, worked in a movie theatre, retail, to babysitting. I have worked with all ages of athletes, as well as all sorts of sports, especially during my summer at IMG Academy.
