Meet Felicia

I have 3 kids of my own 13,11 and a 6month old! I understand the complaints of a child and if I do not I can ask. I use redirection as a "discipline" tool sort of speak. If a baby is crying in one area I just move them. For example when my baby is crying I try to take her outside to see if it helps. If that doesn’t help, I try to take her on a car ride. With older kids I do the same. If they "act bad" I try to ask see what's wrong. If they are screaming we redirect the screaming to singing, music or t.v. as a distraction from it or running around at a nearby park. Try to turn the bad into good from redirection or distraction.
