I am a mother of a 22 and 19 year old and I have a 6 month old grandson. My son has Asperger's and when he was 2 he began attending a therapeutic child care center, I wasn't comfortable him being away and with strangers so young as he wasn't able to talk so I began working there myself. The center was for kids with learning disabilities or behavioral conditions. I loved it. I come from a big family and have always subbed at the kids school and was the aunt all the kids would be at every weekend. Once my kids entered elementary school I changed career paths and have 15 years of data entry, customer liason, and phone skills Now my kids are grown and I'm wanting to find something just to make me feel useful again.
