Meet Eden

I'm an education major at Harding University and working with children is what I do best! I started babysitting my siblings when I was ten (I have four younger siblings) and I started getting paid to babysit other people's children when I was 12. I have worked in childcare at the Summit Church in Little Rock since I was 10, helping out in my best friend's mom's class. That is where my love for children started. Since then I have worked with Mom's of Preschool Students (MOPS) Daycare, I have nannied for three different families, I have been a leader and interned with the Summit Church's Kidz Camp, and I have interned with the Summit Church's youth group. I am currently a sophomore here at Harding University and I am paying myself through college, so to be able to work towards that dream by doing what I love (working with Read more children) would be so wonderful. I believe that every kid is uniquely made by God and deserves to feel loved, wanted, and cared for and about. Children are so special and need that kind of affirmation as they're growing up. I also do believe that they need some structure and appropriate discipline to be able to grow and mature and become the best them that they can be. I love school, so I can also help with homework and such. I enjoy cooking if you need help in that area. I also love cleaning and organizing. I have classes in the morning, but I am free some afternoons and most nights and weekends. Thank you so much! I look forward to the opportunity of getting to know you and your children.
