My name is Kathy. I have been married for 24 years, I have 1 daughter and 3 granddaughters. I am from North Little Rock AR. I lived in North Little Rock for 23 years, lived in Sherwood for 22 years and moved to Beebe in July 2021 where I currently reside. Work experience My main work experience is with children. I have been a pre k teacher, worked at an elementary school as a lunch duty supervisor for children in grades K-5th, worked at a few churches during VBS with preschool children, worked at a few churches in their nursery with infants-3 year olds and babysat infants-8 year olds throughout the years. However, after years of working with young children, I decided to change paths in 2017 and become a driver for parents who worked long hours during the week and could not pick up their children from school. I Read more did this from July 2017 to September 2022 for a family who had 3 pre-teens/teenagers. Besides picking them up from school to take them home, I also helped get them to after school activities and doctor appointments,etc. Education I am a 1992 graduate of Sylvan Hills High School in Sherwood AR. After high school, I attended Pulaski Technical College to pursue an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education The job I am applying for is a family driver. Which means that I am seeking a family who needs someone to drive their kids to or from school, to after school activities, to doctor appointments or simply driving them home from school. Besides being a family driver, I am also willing to run errands for people who are in need of this service. And since I live in Beebe, I would prefer for the families or persons to live in Beebe, Searcy, Austin, Ward, Cabot or Jacksonville. But I would also consider families who live in North Little Rock, Sherwood & possibly Little Rock, depending on where they need to go.
