Hi, my name is Ingrid Smith, I am 22 years old I am a current student at John Brown University studying Nursing. I currently work at Washington Regional Medical Center as a Tech/CNA on nights. I am the oldest of three. I have two younger sisters that I have had to care for since I was a little girl myself. I have babysat, cooked, transported my two younger sisters for years and years because both my parents worked long 12 hour shifts. I also have had a lot of experience at work taking care of people with disabilities. I also have some years of experience taking care of my moms friend son who has autism since he was 8 years old. I prefer to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Because I have classes Monday through Thursday.
