Hello everyone! My name is Anthony and I am a former elementary and middle school teacher. I've taught in kindergarten, 6th grade and 8th grade. I enjoyed my time with my kids and we all bonded so well. I have a lot in common with the little ones like cartoon interests, video games and general silliness. I've always been one to promote a safe and respectful environment within my classrooms and I make it a mission to to always teach about mental health and the benefits of healthy eating. I enjoy games that include learning or group activities that are either productive or fun. I have no issues with being direct and I can be kind and avoid an angry or shameful approach as I believe kids shouldn't be scared or bullied into doing the right thing. Instead, I believe a simple conversation and redirection with a reward system could Read more benefit as a response to negative behavior. This is definitely a job I'm excited for!
