Hi, my name Lisa I myself have been blessed with four teenagers of my own, two boys and two girls. I am originally from Virginia and I relocated to Arizona for the second time 14 years ago. I worked in a licensed child care from 2005 to 2014. I started off as a toddler teacher and ended as management. My duties were training all my staff on safety, security and company policy. I kept all staff in compliance with all local, state and federal child care laws. During those ten years I did have to complete 24hours each year on child behavior, development and education, I am also CPR and first aid Trained. Even after I was management I would still be in the classes daily interacting with the children working on lessons or just having fun with arts and crafts.
