We interviewed with Ally for a full time position for our 3 kids. She was very delightful and our kids seemed to warm up to her nicely. She seemed eager to work and flexible with our needs. She checked off all the boxes and what a family would want in a nanny. Unfortunately, due to issues on our end, we did not end up hiring her. I have no doubt she will make a great addition to a family in the future. I highly recommend.
