My name is Ariam. My family is from Ethiopia/Eritrea. Growing up in a household of 7 and taking care of kids who are special needs. I love to get creative! Whether it is painting, dancing, or singing, I love to have fun and put a smile on faces. I have taken on a great amount of responsibly and knowledge when it comes to caregiving. There are different needs that each person requires and I understand that. Qualities like empathy, patience, and understanding are crucial. I am to communicate effectively, listen attentively, and provide physical and emotional support. Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to problem-solve are also important traits. I often need to adapt to different situations and personalities, handle stress and challenging behaviors, and coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members.
