Currently working at New Day School and help Instruct, develop, enhance children’s overall growth within their social, intellectual, physical/emotional development. Structure centers environment for learning activities. Facilitate, observe/document learning. Implement philosophy, policies, procedures, prepare lesson plans, maintain clean & organize classroom, serve lunch, snacks. Guide & direct aides in Child Dev. & understand job policies/procedures.
