In college, I studied to become a middle school teacher, and I completed student teaching in grades 4-8 as well as substitute teaching in the same grades. Though I chose to become a middle school teacher, I have 8 years of experience with children aged 0-12 and am very comfortable with children anywhere in that age range. I am very down to earth and anywhere I go children seem to gravitate toward my calming and nurturing personality. In my free time I enjoy hobbies such as reading, being outdoors, and spending time with my pets.
