As I got older, I realized just how much I enjoy working with kiddos, which led me to pursue schooling as a medical assistant to gain a strong medical background. For the past two years, I have worked in the health office (nurse)at an elementary school, where I’ve had the opportunity to care for students and build meaningful relationships with them. In this role, I provide first aid care, medical assistance, and medication administration while supporting the health and well-being of each child.I am CPR and first aid certified. I’ve always wanted to have a little sibling to look after but being the youngest I didn’t get the chance! I found my love for kids when I was assigned to be the family babysitter at all of the get together and I loved it. I always loved making kids laugh and have fun and I never grew out of it. After high school I spent some time with a wonderful company and helped manage the company for just over a year! While working for them for almost 2 I gained so much experience with so many different age groups and it prepared me so much for really any type of kiddo. I’ve been kicked and fought and hugged and loved and I’ve never cared for any kid differently because of it. I’m hoping to find a few families I can get familiar with and help them out and give their kids someone who will help them be the best kids they can be and give them a space to feel loved and heard when the parents can’t be in the home.
