June 7, 2014 To Whom It May Concern, Meggan Muldoon was a full-time nanny for my children for 1 ½ years. She cared for my boys, ages 6, 2 and 1 in our home. I recommend her for future employment. Meggan is dependable, patient and receives feedback well. Meggan has calm and compassionate demeanor. She is meticulous about keeping records, so that I can know about my boys’ day (attitude, activities, meals, naptime, diapers and potty training). She was highly motivated to learn as much as she could and performed extremely well utilizing her best capabilities. She devoted long hours to help my oldest boy with his school work. Meggan is very skilled in: • Supervising my children and caring for their needs • Preparing and serving meals and snacks • Getting my oldest son ready for school • Dressing, feeding and bathing my infant and toddler • Preparing formulas and changing diapers • Potty training • Supervising and assisting with homework • Performing housework related to child care, including doing my children’s laundry, cleaning up after meals, and keeping play areas clean • Teaching good manners and disciplining the children, when necessary • Creating a safe environment for my children My oldest boy is strong-willed and explosive. He is challenge for his parents, teachers and caretakers to care for and discipline. Meggan has always taken direction from us provided feedback. She researched different ways to assist in his care. Meggan unwearyingly helped him learn his letter sounds (he had speech difficulties), his schoolwork, and his behavioral strategies. If you have a “difficult” child that you need someone experienced in caring for, Meggan is capable. I highly recommend Meggan Muldoon for your children’s caretaker.
