My name is Haley Shook and I am a current employee for Arizona Autism. I work on habilitation goals with the kids I help which includes teaching them the importance of goals in life and steps on how to reach their goals, along with helpOmg them obtain the knowledge on coping mechanisms and when to use each one, we also work on different hygiene routines as well. When working with the kids I not only work on habilitation goals but we also have fun playing their chosen games and making sure they know I’m not just there for my job but also there as their friend! I have had training through Arizona Autism on How to deal with certain outbursts with the kids and how to calm them down, along with how to help them with the parents preferred goals they have picked for their children. I have also taken Read more classes on CPR and first aid and am CPR certified.
