hi! my names makayla! I have been in the childcare industry for about three years now and i love it! I have worked with kids from after 5 months- 5th grade! I have two years experience working in daycares! I do like teaching kids based on their age level just to help them one on one! I have trained with amazing people about how to learn to care for kids! Learned lesson plans, curriculum, how to handle situations when a little one is frustrated. I like to have good communication with the parents, just so you are comfortable because i know leaving your little one is hard!
