Tianni has watched our three daughters (infant, 3.5 year old, and kindergartener) all semester and they have such a great time with her. She is always punctual, very responsible, and professional. She is fun-loving, always playing games, doing crafts, and laughing with the kids. And she has done well with the baby who was only 3 months old and needed to be swaddled to sleep when she first started with us. The baby was also reluctant to take a bottle but Tianni worked patiently with her (and us) until the baby figured it out
