I have worked at a retirement home for the past 3 1/2 years, which believe it or not is very similar to taking care of children. I consider myself to be a very empathetic and caring person, I’ve been a babysitter essentially since my little sister was born. I’ve been babysitting for a family friend for roughly 7 years now. I also have experience with toddlers and babies as I babysit my nephew all the time. I love working with children because they are so kind and honest and full of so much positivity and enthusiasm for the world. I spend a lot of my extra time doing puzzles, making jewelry, and drawing. While working at the retirement home I spent a lot of time decorating for holidays and events. I am also certified in first aid and CPR .
