Ellen has been with us for a few weeks now and I'm worried that I won't be able to function without her! Haha but really, Ellen is wonderful. My little one loves her and she is great at taking initiative, staying busy at all times (even when I tell her it's okay to just hang out sometimes)! My sanity, my baby, and my home all appreciate her so, so much.

Ellen is incredibly warm, gentle, and loving. She has a genuine love for children and that comes through in every interaction she has with my little one. I am a first-time parent with a 9-week-old and really wanted to find someone who would very actively engage with him. I've been to daycares and talked to sitters/nannies who say that there's not much to do with babies this young. With my LO, Ellen took initiative in taking him for walks, talking to him, reading to him, singing to him, having tummy time, etc. The only downtime she'd have is when she'd put him down for his nap and immediately after putting him down, she asks how else she can help and does things like organizes his closet! My husband and I are so grateful for Ellen!
