Alexandra called in on her first day claiming a friend needed a ride at 2am. She worked Tues, Wed. and Thurs. (5.5 hours) before calling in "sick on Friday with an hour notice. After speaking on the phone on Sunday, Alexandra assured me she'd be ready to work Monday morning. She called in again on Monday (with an hour notice). It then took her till Thursday (Dec 23) to return my car seat and garage door opener after asking for the items since Monday. She offered absolutely no apologies or excuses.
