I Love being a sitter/nanny because watching kids learn, grow, and develop new skills is so much fun and very rewarding. I believe in extensive communication with the parent so that I know I am assisting in a smooth parent/babysitter transition that the kids will be comfortable with. The key to my success with kids is a mutual respect that they believe in and can feel. A couple of my favorite things to do are any arts/crafts, hiking, and swimming.
