In the short time Kiana was our nanny my two kids were spoiled by her. They enjoyed being around her, followed her everywhere and battled over cuddle time with her! Kiana is very trustworthy and extremely patient. Never raised her voice. Multiple times Ive heard her explaining instead of saying no to my daughter the reasons why she couldn't do/have something. Kiana is a wonderful person and I highly recommend her.
