I have been a nanny for over 14 years. I have been long term full time nanny for two families over that time. But have always babysat many children during that time. Ive been with my current family for 9+ years. The kids are much older now and no longer need me as they used to. I started my nannying career in 2009 in La Jolla, CA. I lived in San Diego for 6 years and was with a family there for over 5 years. When I started working with that family their daughter was 8 months.
