I have been babysitting on and off since I was a teenager and I think kids make the best bosses by far! I have 3 daughters of my own now and I am a stay-at-home mom and a homeschooling mom. Most recently I provided care for twins. They would beg their parents to come back because they loved playing with my daughters. They would sleep over when their parents would vacation for the weekend. I also provided care overnight in my home for a brother and sister whose mother was a nurse. She found her home situation changing quickly and was glad to have a consistent and fun family environment for her kids to be in while she was at work.
