Hi my name is Paris! I have been working as an infant teacher (newborn-1year olds) for almost 2 years at a licensed facility daycare. Previously I was a nanny ffor a 3 and 4 year old. I’ve also been a live-in nanny for a 3 year old. My passion is to work with children and teach them to become amazing individuals. I look forward to meeting you and your little ones!(:

She was good with our son at first when she first started and he was three months old but over time became too comfortable to the point she wasn’t having him do as much tummy time and would put him on her lap instead. She quit without enough notice as it was the day before she was to return to work and didn’t give us enough time to find a replacement. We had talked to her about her attendance due to calling out three times in the span of two months as well as her being late. At first she was a little early to work then the time started to get pushed to where she would end up being 5-10 minutes late everyday, there is a bus that is on our street that would come at 7 everyday and everyday she would get caught at it. She has been late more than 10 minutes before and one time I had to call her to wake her up and ended up being an hour late. One of the times she called out she informed me AFTER she was supposed to be in for the day when myself or my husband was supposed to know an hour in advance. We talked to her to let her know how we felt about her attendance and her calling out so many times in such a short span of time to the point she quit instead. We have a schedule for our son and at times it wasn’t being followed the way it should have been. If it wasn’t for the fact I worked from home I am not sure how it would have been with the schedule we have for my son and it being followed through with.
