Experience: Summer camp counselor Everyday I went to the camp and made sure the kids had activities to stimulate learning while out of school. I collaborated with other counselors to plan fun outside activities. Monitored weather to make sure the kids wouldn’t be out in cruel conditions. Adapted to inside games when it was too harsh to be outside. Supervised my group of children to make sure they had fun and felt comfortable coming to me if they had any problems. After care teacher: After School I worked with kids, helping monitor games, set up activities. Give out snacks, make sure the mission of the school was still being put to use after school. Monitored outside play, also played with anyone who was left out. Made sure everyone felt safe and had fun. Made sure parents who came for pick up were under the child’s pick up list.
