Hi! My name is Jada, and I’m 18 years old. I’m the oldest of four siblings, which means I’ve naturally taken on a leadership and caregiving role from a young age. Growing up, I spent a lot of time helping out with my younger siblings, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to keep things fun and organized. In addition to helping at home, I also assisted my grandmother with her in-home daycare, where I gained even more hands-on experience working with children of different ages. I started solo babysitting when I was 13, and since then, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for supporting families and creating safe, nurturing environments for kids. I’m currently in school studying to become a dental hygienist—another field where care, attention to detail, and communication are essential.
