Reilly initially reached out to me about a nanny position that we had posted on Sittercity. After a few back and forth messages we decided to schedule a phone interview. Reilly seemed enthusiastic and interested in the position, so before ending the call we scheduled a time to have her meet our family. Reilly never showed up for the interview that she scheduled with us. I reached out a few hours before the scheduled interview to make sure everything was still good for the agreed to time and she never gave me any response. In our experience Reilly was very opportunistic and unreliable. I do not want someone taking care of my kids who has those characteristics. Sharing this experience to hopefully help another family avoid the same disappointment.
