Hi my name is Naomi and I am 22 years old. Some of my hobbies include painting, rollerskating, and crocheting. However my passion is to work with children, and I have the hopes of becoming a second grade teacher one day soon. I started a criminal justice major for my first two years at ASU, until I switched to what I truly wanted to do, which was Elementary Education. I took some time off after to travel out of the country, and begin working full-time to save money. I plan on returning to online classes soon. I started babysitting about four years ago with some close family friends, and fell in love with the job. Since then I have babysat for 8+ different families, and have been asked back by each one. I also nannied for a family of children aged 4,6, & 7 for about a year. Other than Read more that I taught preschool for 1 year & currently am coaching prek & parent child gymnastics and have been for the past 2 years. I love it but gymnastics is not my passion. As your nanny/babysitter you do not have to expect me to give your children the tvs and tablets to make the time go by faster. I consider myself to be 100% hands on and present in this job. I enjoy leading the children in crafts, and activities and games. I believe it is my job to make sure the children are safe, cared for and entertained while they’re under my supervision. I also have my CPR certification and fingerprint clearance card. I hope to find a family with a schedule that matches mine and hope to be able to start sitting or nannying again soon!
