Most recently, I worked as a nanny (au pair) during my semester abroad in Paris, France Spring of 2016; I watched over three boys ages 4, 7, and 11 and was responsible for shutting them from school to home, piano lessons, and tutoring them in English and math. I made snacks for them after school, played games with them, and created fun activities to entertain them. With younger siblings and many family friends, I have around 6 years’ hands-on experience as a babysitter with different families in Arizona, I would be able to help with after-school care with your children effectively. I am a reliable, disciplined and honest 21-year-old currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science through the Honors college at Arizona State University; now studying at the American Business School in Paris. I am able to take full charge of children in the absence of parents, as well as under the guidance of other adults wiser than me. My relevant expertise includes: teaching reading and language comprehension (in English), preparing games and activities, transporting children to and from programs, telling stories and keeping them engaged while helping them to develop. I know how to keep kids healthy, safe, and continuously learning. I will be graduating this May and working as a corps member for Teach For America next year, teaching grade 4 (I love working with kids)
