Hi - My name is Alyse Bauman and I currently just finished up my last semester at Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona. I've been working with kids since I was 15 and love it. I started by watching my younger cousins, and then began working at a private school in Scottsdale, Arizona. Over the last few years, I've worked primarily with infants and toddlers, but I love kids of all ages. If it's nice out, I like to take the kids outside, but if not, I whip out my artistic skills :) In my free time, I love hiking, hanging at the pool, and enjoying time with friends and family. I go to school Monday-Tuesday, the rest of my week is available.

We hired Alyse to be our long term nanny and she started last week. She was and has been always on time, if not a few min early. She's easy to talk to, she's so very sweet. My children love her and she's doing a great job following my direction. After having the same nanny for 3 years I was really worried about how my kids were going to adjust to someone new. But she jumped right in and they are doing great with her. She's easy to talk to, energetic, attentive, and always responds with enthusiasm! The first day i felt very comfortable leaving my 1 and 4 year old with her. I'm hoping to keep her as long as she can stay! We are so happy with her.
