Will be a senior in the fall at Arizona State University, Barrett the Honors Program. I am bilingual, completing the Spanish Immersion program through the Minnetonka, MN, school district from K-12. While in High School, I held several leadership roles: Captain of the Spanish club, member of Legacy Club, a local community service program that helped Spanish-speaking refugees coming to Minneapolis, MN, and State qualifier for Distributive Education Clubs of America (“DECA”), a program for young entrepreneurs. I was also an after school Spanish Immersion Teacher for the Minnetonka School District for two years. I am working towards a double major; i) “Politics and the Economy” and ii) Spanish. I achieved a 4.0+ GPA while still being very active in many extracurricular activities, including; i) ASU’s Figure Skating team, ii) and am nationally titled, and achieved a double gold medal status. iii) Director of Policy, Prevention, and Education for my Read more Sorority Pi Beta Phi, iv) Currently serving a second term of the Barrett Senate and Finance chair in Student Government. Having been involved with many extracurricular activities during high school and college, I have developed a very disciplined work ethic, which has helped me prioritize, stay on task and keep organized. Regardless of the task, I give it my best effort, which has helped me to achieve my goals.
