Hi there! My name is Kali and I’m from San Francisco, CA. I am 28 years old and work in advertising. My husband matched to U of A for his emergency medicine residency, so we just moved to Tucson! I’ve really been missing spending time with and caring for kids. I used to run the craft room at a summer camp back in the Bay Area, have been a sitter on & off since middle school, I worked as a tutor for younger kids throughout high school, and as very dedicated ballerina until college, I also worked with the younger dancers at the ballet school I attended. My half sister is also 9 years younger than me, so I loved helping out and took on more of a motherly role with her. I loved all of that so much but my life has been very busy after college, with my Read more career and commitments, so I haven’t really had the time to do paid childcare in a while. Over the past few years, I’ve been spending a lot of time with kids in my extended family and my friends’ kids, which has inspired me to take steps towards incorporating childcare back into my life. Now that we’re in Tucson and work has slowed down a bit, I have more time and I’d love to get back to it!
