Michelle has been helping our family as a regular after school sitter for over 6 months. My children (ages 7 and 5) enjoy spending time with her. Michelle is reliable and trustworthy. She is also flexible, adapting to our changing school, work and extra curricular schedules. I appreciate that she communicates well and gives advance notice for any of her own schedule changes (which are rare). She will be a great asset to any busy family.
