Hello! I’m a mom of 3. My oldest is 27, she is a Portland State University graduate and currently resides in Oregon. My middle is 24, he’s a UCLA grad and currently resides in Los Angeles. My youngest is 18 and will be graduating high school this year. I have been married for almost 30 years to my forever partner. I’m currently attending college and will be finishing my degrees in Communication and Community Interpretation. I am patient, nurturing, loving, fun and respectful. Here is a bit about my past work history: I worked for over 28 years for the Fullerton Elementary School District as a Bilingual-Biliterate Instructional Assistant. I began in a regular classroom setting assisting the teacher with various tasks and helping students in large and small groups. I've worked with English Language Learners from the preschool through 6th grade level. In 2007 I began working with preschoolers. I am familiar with the Reggio Emilia approach and believe greatly in allowing the child to guide the experience according to their interests so the learning experience will give its fruits. I am an observer, a listener, facilitator, and a child at heart! I also encourage children to explore, investigate and take advantage of teaching and learning opportunities. I have experience babysitting children from infant to teenage ages and can provide references upon request.

She understood their different personalities and needs, and she met each child with patience, intuition, and so much warmth. Blanca brought a calm, positive presence into our home. She kept our son engaged with creative activities that matched his curiosity, and she supported Isabella through her routines and milestones with such gentle encouragement. It was obvious how much the kids adored her — they were always excited to see her, and they thrived under her care. Her reliability and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind. She communicated clearly, anticipated needs before we even mentioned them, and handled every situation with confidence and grace.
