Hi, My name is Christina. I have been working with a family of 7 for one and half years. They have 5 kids, their age range from 4 to 11. My job is everything about the kids, like make meals for them, doing laundry, taking them to different classes and activities. Sometimes I help the kids to take care of animals. We have goats, dozens of chicken, a dog, turkeys and rabbits. As for my personality, I am easy-going, flexible and responsible. During my free time, I will be neither reading books which I think a good way to learn English and understand the world, or hanging out with friends like hiking, biking, doing outdoor fun activities. I love being with kids.I always want to dive into their mind and try to understand the world from their perspective. I always like to listen to what they are going to say Read more and really seriously consider it then respond to it, it's like I am talking to a whimsical adult. Actually all the jobs I have been having are related to kids. I had been a 6th grade biology teacher for 6 months and a mentor for a US high school youth for one year. Also I had 3 months of full time taking care of a 6 month baby. Right now I am doing volunteering at a Pediatric center, helping an Occupational Therapist do activities with kids having autism. I really want to find a fitting family that I can be part of, helping with housework and taking care of family members, and the family could support me pursuing my goals.
