I love children and love babysitting. I started when I was 10 years old, watching our neighbor's 1 year old daughter. When I turned 11, my little brother was born, my neighbors had a son, and I started watching the three of them together. I grew up in a small town, so my parents and the neighbors were always only about 10-15 minutes away and I had taken a babysitting course at my local fire station that taught me CPR/First Aid. When I turned 13, my little sister was born, and then it started to get a little hectic, but I still managed to be able to watch all 4 kids safely and never once did we have an accident, injury or incident. I babysat all throughout high school. My dad's co-workers would hire me to watch their kids, my neighbors would have me watch them overnight or for the Read more weekend. I have watched siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, just about all of them. When I turned 19, I had my own daughter, and it was crazy how prepared I was to be able to care for this little person because of all of the other children I had watched. I absolutely love babysitting and helping out, and I am hoping to be able to do that again.
