She canceled the appointment 4 hours before the time even though we made the appointment several days ago. I failed to find another sitter due to the short time. As a result, I couldn't attend an important meeting and received a seriously bad reputation. I believe that someone who behaves irresponsibly like this is not fit for their profession.
