My name is Mercedes! I've worked in childcare since I graduated high school but have been nannying since 16! When I graduated high school I decided to work for the city in recreation in an after school program and promoted my way up to a site supervisor! I cared for children ages ranging from 4-14 ranging across different school sites! I also worked at the Behavior Lab as a BT working with children on the ADHD and Autism spectrum.
