Lydia babysat during the middle of the day for us, which are very active hours for our four kids. She took on an ambitious project - construction of an entire gingerbread village - with fervor, and somehow managed to keep the kids engaged in that endeavor for 3+ hours! She is clearly accustomed to dealing with all sorts of personalities. Loved having her.

Lydia was lovely and a good sitter, but I asked her to meet me back at home with the kids at a certain time and she was 30 minutes late because she "got caught up in something and lost track of time". As a result, my son went down for his nap late and I was late running to a meeting. Then she took my spare keys home with her and couldn't return then that day/night. Unfortunately I needed my spare keys for our dog walker. But she was great with my kids otherwise.
