Charnette has been terrific to work with. She has baby sat our son multiple times starting when he was 9mo old (He's 2yo now). She really knows kids at that age and was able to connect with him quickly and overcame any stranger-danger. They clearly had a good time together and things went super smoothly. She is always quick at communicating and getting back to us and absolutely on time. We couldn't be happier.
