Hello there! I'm Kaile Peters, a psychology student at Capella University, working toward my degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Psychology. I'm absolutely thrilled about child development and can't wait to become an Applied Behavioral Analyst! I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with BLS certification, and I bring a strong foundation in both behavioral support and hands-on childcare. I've had the pleasure of working with children of all ages—from infants to 14-year-olds—in a wide range of settings. My experience includes working in daycare, serving as a preschool teacher assistant, tutoring and substituting for grade school and middle school students, and currently supporting children in a daycare through my RBT role. I firmly believe in the power of learning through play, which is my favorite way to connect with children. I love creating fun and interactive environments where kids can grow, learn, and feel supported. Trust and communication are essential to Read more me—I strive to build strong relationships with both parents and children so that everyone feels confident and cared for. Whether it's guiding behavior, helping with routines or homework, or just being a safe, joyful presence, I aim to make every moment count. Originally from Los Angeles, I moved to New Orleans for college and am now transitioning to Austin, TX. I’m excited to bring my experience and energy to your family!
