I hired Stefany as my nanny. She was always punctual, kind, took direction well, and I was excited to see how she would grow with our family. However, in the end, I found her unprofessional. After a month of working with us, she quit out of the blue, with extremely short notice (one week... during a holiday week in a pandemic). Even more, she quit via text message which I found uncaring and rude - especially as she did not say goodbye to my kids. When I reached out to try to connect and understand the sudden exit, she wouldn't return my texts or phone calls. I feel that after a month of seeing her daily and inviting her into our family, we deserve more thoughtfulness and respect. I'll be looking for more maturity and reliability in my children’s caregiver for the future.
