Hello. I'm a newly retired City Clerk of San Mateo County. I currently live in Burlingame, California. I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over forty years. I have two grown children; my daughter is 43 and my son is 39. I love children and animals, the outdoors, music and gardening. My hobbies include watercolor painting and ceramics. I am applying to babysitting (I don't really care for that term, child care feels more appropriate) jobs to earn some extra income and keep me busy. I will close with saying I've always loved children. I love their questions, curiosity, and zest for life. Raising my children will always be my greatest accomplishment. I realize life can be difficult at times, but raising children will be one of your greatest joys. Enjoy each moment, this precious time passes so quickly.
