I am 35 years old and have my AS in infant and toddler care. I have experience as a teacher in an infant classroom at Patagonia's Child Development Center as well as a nanny for over 13 years and a babysitter for over 20 years. I feel that I have found my calling. I am friendly and outgoing and I love children because I believe they have a way of lighting up a room. I enjoy singing and being goofy and encourage children to embrace their creativity as well. I also love being outdoors and staying active. I am an avid backpacker and just finished backpacking a 750+ mile section of the Pacific Crest Trail over the Summer. Protecting the environment is one of my many passions so I am hoping to find a family that appreciates the environment and considers themselves "green." I currently have a position with a Read more family in Camarillo and work odd hours so flexible is important. If I can find a family that is comfortable with me bringing my smart, friendly, hypoallergenic small breed, poodle mix pup who loves children, that would be a huge plus.
