I am almost 20 years old and I have always loved being around kids. I have 4 younger siblings, 3 sisters and 1 brother, they are 10, 8, 6, and 4. They have taught me a lot about taking care of kids because not only have I watched over them often, I live with them and being with kids all day really gives you an insight to how unique they are and how they learn by example so you really have to on your toes. As well as having experience with my own siblings, I have babysat many kids from my church and my neighborhood. Some just one time things and others weekly nanny jobs.
