Tanner W.

Tanner was an absolute godsend to our family. She joined us when our baby boy was just 2 months old and we were drowning in sleep deprivation. During our very first meeting, she got him to fall asleep in her arms right away and we were sold! She has since spent countless hours contact napping with our baby because that's the only way he would nap when he was younger. We had originally planned to send our son to daycare when I returned to work (~6 months), but we loved Tanner's help and our son loved her so much that we decided to keep her on instead. She has consistently gone above and beyond her responsibilities, taking care of bottle washing, watering plants, folding laundry, and tidying our home. She even took the initiative to help nap and crib train our baby. Tanner always finds new ways to entertain our ever-growing boy and has been very encouraging of his development (now 9 months). My husband and I work from home, so we've all spent a lot of time together, and Tanner fit right into our family dynamic. She helped give us our lives back and some much-needed room to breathe. We're incredibly sad to see her move away, and we will miss seeing our boy get so excited when she comes over, but we're so grateful for the time we had with her.
